Buyer’s Agreement: · All equipment is sold as is, where is and without any actual or implied warranty. · All equipment is sold on a high bid basis. · All bids are taken in good faith and do not require any contract agreement. · At this time, AEL does not charge a buyer's fee or have a buyer's premium. · All bids are to be honored by the Bidder, for a term of no less than thirty days. · Bids that are not honored by the Bidder will result in loss of bidding privileges with AEL. · AEL does not determine time lines on the sale of equipment or lots. · AEL reserves the right to accept or decline any bids and to resubmit equipment or lots for further bidding as we see fit. · If awarded any equipment or lot, payment is due in full to AEL within seven days of invoicing. · Accepted payment methods are wire transfer or certified funds only. · The Buyer is responsible for any and all arrangements and fees associated with the loading, packing, crating, shipping and freight of all purchases. · The Buyer must remove purchases within ten days of invoicing unless prior arrangements have been made, if not, AEL reserves the right to charge storage fees from that date. · Purchases that are not removed within thirty days of invoice date can and will be considered to be abandoned and will be resold at AEL’s discretion. · All deposits and payments are non refundable.
